Another early entry in the seed catalog dream pile is Johnny's Selected Seeds. They focus on small scale growers, the sort you might buy from at a farmers market, and "serious home and organic gardeners".
You'll notice many of their packets contain as many as a thousand seeds. You'll find an excellent selection of tools and greenhouses in the catalog as well.
