Look at this scintillating pile of recently acquired books. It warms the cockles, doesn’t it? Magic, Merriment and Mayhem.

Book Notes April 5, 2022
I made a nice pile of the books I plan to read in April. I’ve got my Poirot, my Drew, My Belden, a historical, and a Classic. Then a mix of new and some gems from my TBR pile. I hope to read them all!
From Novel Suspects, new crime fiction and non-fiction for April:

Be forewarned, thou foul toads!
It is indeed satisfying to move book piles around, the better to admire them and pick which to read next.
This librarian is on the hunt for all of those people who keep displaying their books with the spines hidden!
