I used to do my puzzles from the First Lines of books, but oddly, I was getting to a point where I couldn't recall if I'd already used a book for a puzzle or not.  We now have all quotations from various sources for the puzzles.  

The Answer Key provided is a bit light.  It saves me trying to create and type in the answers in Word, though!

 I was inspired to look through the book version of Around The World In 80 Days by Jules Verne for a nice quote for the Fallen Phrase Puzzle.  I have an adapted version myself, but I used Project Gutenberg's full version to look for my phrase.
