Chocolate Chocolate and More's Homemade Butter, made with your stand mixer technique is fun for us butter lovers.  It also gives me the opportunity to share the memory of my first or second grade class passing around a jar with cream in it as we all sat in a big circle on the floor.  Everyone gave the jar a good shake when it came to them. We kept passing it until miraculously, butter!  We got to eat it on some soda crackers.

What's Cooking January 20, 2022

 Time to try another French Onion Soup recipe.  This version via Vintage Recipes seems easy to follow, and they let you substitute beef bouillon for red wine, very useful for those of us who don't care for wine.

Note the whole chicken in the recipe below.

All I could think of was the poor chicken saying nooooo.
