What's Cooking November 3, 2021

From Chocolate, Chocolate and More, the lure of salted caramel, butterscotch and the first "poke cake" I will have made.

I really like traditional Green Bean Casserole.  Variations often look appealing but I stick with the classic.  But. If you add cheese and bacon to just about any savory recipe, I am interested!

From I wash you Dry a 7 Layer Party Dip that looks great for New Year's Eve or a board game day.  I'd have to leave out the cilantro and avacados, myself.

I love carrots but have not managed to find a way to cook them that is simple yet tasty.  I will try these glazed carrots from I Wash You Dry.

As much as I love stuffing, I should make it more than once a year.  From the Novice Chef, stuffing that uses Texas Toast and looks like a meal in itself.
