I recently used Publisher and got a notification while in the document I was working on that Microsoft Publisher will not be available beginning in October 2026. The text stated that you will not be use it to create any new documents, and you will not be able to open any documents you have.
Having read about suggested options for continuing to have access to your old work and anything new you create, I suggest you save your documents as PDF files after you've had a chance to edit or update them.
If that doesn't work for you, do the easier thing, update the documents then print out a copy. You can use this to make further copies, and you can also scan it at any time to share it digitally.
