Center Cut Cook's Guide To Making Half A Recipe

So many times a recipe makes far more than you need for your family, and sometimes if you're trying a new recipe you just don't want to have a 9x13 pan load of something you end up not liking..or you messed up the recipe, oops!

Center Cut Cook has this nice little chart for halving amounts in recipes.  You can always do the math yourself, but this so very handy!

  1. Now I need one for doubling. Though I'll admit I used to do a lot more of that than I do now.

  2. The Clabber Girl (baking soda) site has a bunch of conversion charts, I'll see if there is one there.
