I don't believe I've ever had a chimichanga at all. They sound very good, and this recipe offers a fried version and an oven baked version.

So, you want to make an Angel Food Cake, but could never commit to 12 egg whites to make one from scratch. A cheapo box version is the way to go. The batter tastes vaguely fizzy, not quite citrus. Also good news, you don’t need to grease your Angel Food Cake pan. This delicate wonder doesn’t stick to the pan.
Slides right out. You should have lots of frosting to fill in those, ah, concavities (?), though.
