I haven't a post ready for tonight so here are a few pathetic pictures of the first hotel room we stayed at on our trip. The hotel was very posh, down in the lobby, in any case. We had admittedly a large number of suitcases and computer bags and were travel weary.
The hotel's parking lots was a block or so away, underground, then you went down again to go up the elevators to the lobby.
The staff looked at us as if we had climbed out of the drainage pipes. Hmmf.
In trade I say the room was merely ok and the bathroom's grouted tile looked to have not been cleaned in a year.
